CNC Machined Prototypes
Computer Numeric Control (CNC) is the automation of machine tools that are operated by precisely programmed commands encoded on a storage medium as opposed to control manually by hand wheels or levers, or mechanically automated by cams alone.

Vacuum Casting / Silicon Moulding
What is Vacuum Casting/Silicon Molding?
Starting from a model obtained through CNC machining or SLA or SLS or others(or you provide a model), we duplicate a small series of parts in polyurethanes or other polymers by vacuum casting in silicon moulds.
Vacuum Casting (Silicon Molding) is one of the best way for low volume manufacturing of plastic and rubber parts.

Using silicon mould instead of steel mould, the cost will be reduced. Usually one silicone mold can cast about 15 to 20 pieces of parts, depending on complexity, painting or original color, size and other factors of different parts.

Sheet Metal Forming
Sheet metal forming, which is often referred to as stamping, is a process in which a piece of sheet metal, referred to as the blank, is formed by stretching between a punch and a die.

3D Printing: SLA , SLS
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing (AM), is the process in which the three dimensional object is synthesized. successive layers of material are formed to create the object during these processes which are controlled by computer. These objects can be made of almost any shapes or geometry and are produced from digital model data 3D model or other electronic data source such as an Additive Manufacturing File (AMF) file.
|
SLA: Stereolithography |
|
Stereolithography (SLA) is a form of additive manufacturing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photopolymerization, a process in which light causes chains of molecules to link together, forming polymers.

SLS: Selective laser sintering |
|
Selective laser sintering (SLS) is an additive manufacturing (AM) technique that uses a laser as the power source to sinter powdered material (typically metal), aiming the laser automatically at points on space defined by a 3D model, binding the material together to create a solid structure.
